1. No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside any of our accommodations. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking.

2. No Parties or Large Gatherings: We maintain a serene atmosphere for all guests, and therefore, parties or large congregations are not allowed.

3. Pet-Free Environment: For the comfort and consideration of all guests, we do not permit pets on the premises.

4. Parking Etiquette: Please Park only in our assigned bays or adhere to local parking regulations when parking on the street.

5. Respectful Noise Levels: Kindly maintain a considerate noise level, especially during nighttime hours, to avoid disturbances to our neighbours.

6. Responsible Recycling: Help us in our commitment to the environment by using the correct bins for waste disposal. We encourage recycling practices.

7. Energy and Water Conservation: Please turn off lights and taps when checking out to promote sustainability.

8. Tidiness and Cleanliness: While we provide housekeeping services, guests are expected to tidy up after themselves during their stay.

9. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is at 15:00, and check-out time is at 11:00. Requests for early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability.

10. Report Faults or Damages: If you notice any faults or damages during your stay, please inform us promptly to address the issue.

Additionally, please note that our bookings are protected by SUPERHOG. Before checking in, you will receive a mandatory verification notification to ensure a secure and safe experience.
